Is "One A Day" really all we need?

I've been taking this multivitamin with iron for a little over a month now, am I supposed to "feel" different? HA! Really. I've hit the "want to be healthy" stage in my life and want to know should I be taking anything else with this? I'm 41, have had bariatric surgery (2004) and have no health issues with the exception of maybe low iron. Cholesterol, blood pressure, etc. are all fine. Thoughts anyone?

Some experts swear you should load up with vitamins. Other experts say that vitamins are overrated and warn they shouldn't be overdone.

Studies so far indicate that getting our vitamins through proper nutrition is better than simply getting vitamins from a bottle. Seems there's something we can get from the real food that we fail to get in vitamins.
