my husband has been retired for 3 weeks now and the one biggest change is in our eating habits. He likes 3 meals daily, and I haven't eaten that much in the past. Without changes, I am afraid of big weight changes. Hope this helps

I think if you have healthy choices in the house, you can cook those types of meals. lots of vegetable choices, lean meats and light desserts. alos, I am reading about having more than three meals a day. five smaller size meals so that you eat every three hours before you are starving.
