The healthiest fruit?

Some experts say it's the blueberry.

For starters, they pack in more antioxidants than any other fruit. For example, each tiny blueberry holds three times as many antioxidants as apples, helping to fight cancer and aiding the immune system. Blueberries also contain iron and Vitamin C.

This is why I'm starting to include fresh blueberries in my diet, adding them to yogurt or using them to top treats.

But ... having said all that, I need to make a case for bananas. They're good for several reasons ... fiber, potassium. They really give you a boost, and they're terrific in smoothies.

Oooo ... blueberries are fantastic with yogurt. Dannon makes an all natural kind that's good, and berries mixed in really gives it a pop.

The good thing about blueberries is that you can freeze them and use them later in the year. :)
