Hello everyone my name is Michelle and I am new to the group. I was motivated to join because in July at the age of 36 I was put on High Blood Pressure meds and was told that body fat indx was 44%. I have three young children and I need to do better for them. Not to mention I have a family history of High Blood Pressure as well as diabetes.
I AM HERE I AM HERE! I have been here, I am just getting use to the format. My name is Alisha and I am a stay at home mom to 3 girls. I have lost 120 lbs in the last year and a half. My story is currently under success stories and I am so looking forward to getting to meet everyone! This is a journey I am really looking forward to be a part of!
