Mississippi College's table tennis team will defend its Dixie Division crown in a five-state tournament that brings some of the best ping pong players in the South to the Clinton campus Oct. 25.

A Tip to Get Started Running

I read this today at http://tinyurl.com/5wkmpq and can see how it can be a better way to get started running for some people. Basically, the idea is that instead of running a certain length of time, just run as far as you feel comfortable and slowly add to that. I'm rather torn on whether I think this or the couch-to-5k (http://tinyurl.com/4gtmz) idea is more for me.
